Sea Possibilities was founded by Tori, a passionate Developmental Educator with over 11 years of experience in the disability sector. Her journey began with a school-based apprenticeship in her final year of high school, which led her to university, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Disability and Developmental Education. Since 2020, Tori has been practising as a Developmental Educator and a Behaviour Support Practitioner, specializing in NDIS services.
She is deeply passionate about:
✅ Early intervention
✅ Supporting complex communication through AAC devices or Auslan
✅ Emotional regulation and sensory processing
✅ Daily living skills and transitions
✅ Delivering and implementing Positive Behaviour Support
Recently, Tori moved from metro Adelaide to the Eyre Peninsula, where she has enhanced her knowledge and skills to support individuals living in remote communities.
When she's not working, you'll find her at the beach, camping, or enjoying coffee with friends.

Mel is a Developmental Educator who brings a caring, person-centred approach to her work. She began her journey in the disability sector as a Student Support Officer, spending five years supporting students and learning how environments play a key role in wellbeing and participation. She later worked as an Allied Health Assistant within multidisciplinary teams, delivering NDIS services and programs developed by Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Developmental Educators.
Mel recently graduated with a Bachelor of Disability and Developmental Education and is excited to begin her career as a Developmental Educator, focusing on emotional regulation and supporting clients through Positive Behaviour Support.
She has a strong interest in:
✅ Supporting children, adolescents, and young adults
✅ Early intervention
✅ Transitions (kindy to school, primary to high school, high school to work or day options)
✅ Skill development, including daily living, routines, and personal hygiene
✅ Building independence
Mel lives on a farm near Port Lincoln with her husband and is passionate about helping people achieve meaningful goals through respectful, strengths-based support. She is also keen to pursue Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner registration in the near future.
Outside of work, Mel enjoys spending time with family, fishing, reading, and navigating her love–hate relationship with running, all while embracing the spirit of Sea Possibilities.
